iGeom

The next exercises are used to introduce the Interactive Geometry with iGeom. They are designed to present the basic question: the objects must reflect the dependence. For instance, if you want to construct a segment initiating in an intersection point of 2 circles, you must select the correct one, since (usually) there are 2 of them.

 Exercises  Subjects
Exercise 1 Given 2 points, A and B, you must construct a circle with A as its center and passing through B.
Exercise 2 Given 2 points, A and B, you must construct a straight line passing through A and B.
Exercise 3 Given 2 points, A and B, you must construct a segment with A and B as end points.
Exercise 4 Given 2 points, A and B, you must construct a ray with A as its center and passing through B.
Exercise 5 Given 2 points, A and B, you must construct a circle c0, a straight line r:=reta(A,B) and the "left intersection" (considering the initial configuration of the construction) between c0 and r.

Remember:

  1. iGeom do not use the "drag-and-drop" pattern, in order to reduce stress-related muscle tension, reducing harm with the intensive use of the software. So, usually you need to click the construction button, them click the drawing area (or some object).
  2. After you finish you exercise answer, please, click the button
